We have tried to include as many helpful items as possible to aid anyone considering a house sale or purchase. We are particularly proud of the printable sheets for viewing tables so that you can keep track of your viewings and the feedback. Also there is a checklist so that you can keep on top of everything that needs to be done once your sale is agreed, and advice for sellers which covers ideas on presentation and viewings before placing onto the market.

Most importantly, Kemp and Co. want to rid the industry of mistrust. If you are thinking of selling your property, please print off the form for interviewing estate agents. It will give you a list of pertinent questions to ask the representative of the company, and is also seen to be legally binding if they sign at the bottom and then do not fulfill their promises.
