LA Property Management is a small company based in the Thames Valley in Southern England dealing exclusively with the letting and management of residential accommodation within approximately a 10 mile radius of Wokingham.
We hold both Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Additionally being members of the National Association of Estate Agents, all clients' money is protected by their "Client Money Protection Scheme". As NAEA members the firm is also part of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents. Tenant's deposits are covered by The Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
LA Property Management are also proud to have been one of only two runners up in the National Association of Estate Agents "Office of the Year" Awards 1998, the only time the company has ever entered such a competition. This National award was based on responses to a questionnaire completed by our clients at the time and also research carried out at the time on behalf of the National Association of Estate Agents.
