Red Clam Ltd was established Mid 2008. Its founders, Stephen Frost, an established multi-property landlord with a Facilities Management background and Antonia Boxall, with over 7 years running Savills Lettings and Management (Guildford) and a full ARLA member, have created a company with property management and an efficient letting experience in mind.
Like a "Poacher turned Gamekeeper" we understand the requirements from both sides of the fence and as such, whether you're a Landlord or a Tenant we are here to provide you with an uncompromised level of personal professional service.
Red Clam embraces their clients' requirements with a working ethic based on "the answer is yes... now what's the question?" We believe a Property Management and Letting company in this day and age must have the flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of their individual clients. No two clients are the same and we strive to provide our Landlords and Tenants with a partnership experience.
Although Red Clam is a new company it is owned and run by known, experienced and seasoned individuals from the area. We pride ourselves in finding a way to make things happen, even if the requirements are bespoke. Because we have an "owners eye" we go that extra mile to ensure our clients' specifications are looked after, on cost and on time.
Red Clam only Lets and Manages Property. We don't sell property, we don't survey property, we just look after your property, find you a good quality tenant and then look after them on your behalf. That's it...!
