Turn left onto Wood Lane and continue to the junction with the Peppard Road (B481). Turn right towards Reading and continue into Emmer Green. Turn left at the mini roundabout by the shopping precinct and continue onto Lowfield Road. After about a mile the property will be found towards the end of Lowfield Road on the right hand side.

Proceed out of Reading over the Reading bridge. At the first set of traffic lights, turn right along Gosbrook Road. Continue to the next mini roundabout and turn left up Briants Avenue. At the next roundabout, take the third exit up Lower Henley Road. At the T junction at the top of this road turn right onto Henley Road. At the second set of traffic lights filter left onto Caversham Park Road. Lowfield Road is then the first turning on the left. No 7a will be found a short distance further on the left hand side opposite the Farnham Drive shopping precinct.
